When will my order ship?

When ordering with Standard Shipping (First Class USPS Package) your order will ship within 3 - 5 business days. However, most of the time it will ship sooner.

If you order with Priority Shipping, your order will ship out same day or within 1-2 business days.

Free Shipping counts as Standard Shipping

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Just please be aware that you may be required to pay additional duty/customs fees depending on where you are ordering from. Check with your local customs office if you have any further questions. We are not responsible for any customs fees.

 

Why is International shipping so high?

This is by far my most asked question from our International Customers. We ship with USPS and it is currently the cheapest method for our products. The main reason why it may be expensive to ship to your location internationally is because all shipments come with USPS Tracking. This tracking gives both our customers and us a sense of insurance. If the package was lost in transit, it will show up on the tracking.

 

How can I track my order?

Once you place an order, you will receive either an email confirmation or text confirmation depending on what you selected at checkout, containing your order number. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information through the same method you had received your order confirmation from. 

 

Help! I put the wrong address in when I placed the order!

Don't worry! Send us a message through the Contact Us form with your order number, name, and the correct address and we will correct it for you!

 

What’s your return & exchange policy?

If there is an issue with your order, please make sure to email sales@motionpicturepeels.com within 10 days of delivery to fix any issues or concerns.
